Pam Horlitz, serves on the Red Wing Chemical Health Council, the Advisory Board and Steering Committee, as well as other community boards that promote healthy communities in the Fairview Red Wing Service area. She is the Community Health Outreach Manager for Fairview Red Wing Health Services, and has worked for Fairview since 1987.
Community health is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of community health activities, including the community service inventory, community health assessments, planning, prioritizing of activities and involvement, development and implementation of community partnerships, evaluations and recommendations for change. Community health advances a broad definition of health, bridges the public and private sectors, seeks philanthropic funding, focuses on primary disease prevention and health promotion projects.
She has lived in Red Wing since 1979, and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
