Ms. Dummer has been Mayor of the City of Red Wing since 2004. She has an educational background in counseling and has worked with youth in both school and Court settings. Ms. Dummer has been a life-long child advocate. She continues, as Red Wing Mayor, to encourage all citizens to participate in initiatives to make Red Wing a healthy place to live for children and families.
